Today, I had the opportunity to work with the amazing, Theo Chocolate and Fremont Mischief Whiskey in Fremont, Seattle. These guys sure know how to make some fine chocolate and whiskey. As the Google+ Local and Zagat Community Manager, I rallied up 20 lucky reviewers in Seattle for an evening of chocolate and whiskey tasting, a tour of the Theo Chocolate factory and a hands-on session of making chocolate brittle.
